Venue decoration, landscape design, or other event-based projects
• 30 days prior to the agreed start date of the project, a deposit of 50% of the total quotation is required, and the remaining 50% must be settled no less than seven days before the agreed start date.
• All deposits paid are non-refundable.
• Acceptable forms of payment include cash, cheque and direct deposit.

Change or Cancellation of order
For general floral products
• All orders are non-cancellable after payment and all products and services are non-refundable.
• If you wish to change your order, a notice of one business day is required for all products.
• Cancellation fee: 100% of entitled payment must be paid for confirmed orders.

For venue decoration, garden / landscape design or other event projects
• All orders are non-cancellable after payment and all deposits paid are non-refundable.
• If you wish to change any details of your order, one month’s notice is required for wedding or other event decorations.

Seasonal Availability
• Due to seasonal and regional availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control, not all products shown in the catalogue or website are available at all times. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
• As flowers and plants are natural products, colours and shapes may vary from that shown in the catalogue or website.
• Products in the catalogue are not in scale. In terms of product dimensions, please check with our Floral Ambassador. 

High quality flowers and plants are used in our bouquets and floral combo products. If a specific flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same monetary value in a similar style and colour. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet or floral combo products, please call and let us know.
